Semicon Door
| FRAME: | The door frames are made of Aluminium alloy (6063-T5). Rubber gaskets in the doorframe assures an improved airtight. Surface treatment, powder coated with grey white color or natural anodized. |
| DOOR LEAF: | 45mm thick (Opening single clear glass window size is equal to customer requirement). |
| SKIN MATERIAL: | Aluminium plate with a thickness of 0.8 mm and a PE roll coating finish (according to customer’s requirement). |
| INNER CORE: | Aluminium honeycomb with non-combustible Class B1. |
| ADHESIVE: | Rebon YB2002 (resin) mixed with YB8001 (hardener) Epoxy Paste Adhesive. Mixing Ratio, YB2002:YB8001=4:1 |
| DOOR ACCESSORIES: | Provided “ROCK” lever handle lock, a set of “ROCK” 4 inches stainless steel hinges and “GEZE” door closer. |
